and our chief had run a lot of kinds of restaurants like a professional Japanese restaurant and a [SUKIYAKI] restaurant and so on since 1955.
We use [BUNGO] Japanese Beef from Oita which is famous for its high quality,
and seasonal crabs from Northern Sea are supplied by the fresh fish market in Miyagi Prefecture.
Please enjoy the soft and juicy [BUNGO] Beef and the fresh grilled crab.
